Tradition Capital Bank seeks a Talent & Growth Partner to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and learning & development. You’ll partner with leaders to plan workforce needs, build scalable solutions, and strengthen talent practices aligned with the bank’s values.

This role owns end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and development strategies to elevate organizational capability. Lead LMS management, drive employee growth, and coordinate with leaders on performance and succession.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field with 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience leading talent initiatives and advising leaders is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own talent acquisition practices and guide hiring strategy.
• Lead learning and development initiatives and manage the LMS.
• Own onboarding strategy and improve integration of new hires.
• Partner with leaders to connect recruiting, onboarding, development, performance.
• Enhance employee experience and engagement initiatives.
