Wilson Bank & Trust is seeking a Director of Learning & Development to lead bank-wide learning strategy, development, and execution. The role focuses on continuous learning culture, regulatory compliance, and staff development, reporting to the CHRO.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, designing engaging content, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals while driving performance and learning analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 years of related experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Proficient with MS 365 and learning technologies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and direct the strategy, development, and execution of bank-wide learning initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Oversee delivery of learning programs to support goals and compliance.
• Lead instructional design to keep content current and engaging.
• Oversee LMS optimization and adoption of new learning formats.
• Partner with senior management to align learning with objectives.
