Job summary

Five Star Bank seeks a Talent Management Partner to design and lead its talent management and leadership development initiatives. This strategic individual contributor will manage programs such as performance check-ins, Five Star 101, and LMS operations (Docebo) across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business leaders on career pathing, IDPs, and development opportunities, while delivering high-quality learning modules and analytics-driven insights to drive a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Prior Experience: 5+ years of progressive human resources experience including, organizational development, learning and development, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business line leaders on career pathing and IDPs.
• Manage administration and tracking of annual objectives, performance reviews, and 9-box assessments.
• Administer courses and reports via the Docebo LMS.
• Create job aids, tools, and training materials for talent management programs.
• Develop engaging e-learning modules aligned with adult learning standards.
• Oversee regulatory compliance training reporting.
• Develop and deliver leadership competency presentations.
• Administer Tuition Reimbursement program.
• Develop learning paths with business leaders.
• Analyze survey/HRIS/LMS data to assess program effectiveness.
