Job summary

National Exchange Bank & Trust is seeking a Talent Development Officer to drive leadership and staff development, partner with HR leadership, and enhance succession planning. You’ll analyze needs, design training strategies with academic and professional partners, and administer employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.

The role supports onboarding improvements, performance processes, and data-driven HR programs, within a hybrid work model and a stable financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Leadership, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience including talent management and employee engagement.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP preferred.
• Benefits administration experience is preferred.
• PHR or similar HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent and leadership development programs in partnership with HR leadership.
• Analyze training needs and design employee development strategies with external partners.
• Administer employee engagement surveys and communicate results to managers.
• Support succession planning, performance management, and onboarding enhancements.
• Assist with LMS administration and career development data analysis.
