Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across the organization. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate with stakeholders, including board members, to ensure a consistent and efficient hiring process.

You will craft compelling job ads, enhance employer branding, and support onboarding while collaborating with HR and hiring managers to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or executive recruitment setting.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to identifying and attracting top talent for openings.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; timely talent updates to leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth mindset; active listening and ongoing learning.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, ClearCo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for openings across the organization; manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders including Board members.
• Create compelling job ads and support employer branding across channels.
• Guide onboarding and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to align recruitment with business objectives.
