Qualifications
- Advanced analytical, collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Advanced multitasking, priority setting, organization, risk management, and project planning.
- Experience with instructional design and multi-channel solutions aligned with adult learning theories.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders to identify learning needs and prioritize solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain learning programs (eLearning, ILT, microlearning).
- Manage instructional design projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Plan custom off-sites and workshops to support leadership development.
- Monitor learning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
