Job summary

CNA is seeking a Talent Development Senior Consultant to partner with Talent Development leaders, HR business partners, and stakeholders to design and deliver modern learning solutions that build capability and support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
• Typically a minimum of five years of strategic talent development experience.
• Strong design and delivery capabilities in modern learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Talent Development leaders to design and curate learning programs aligned to business priorities.
• Designs learning journeys with sustainment, reinforcement, and practical application to drive behavior change.
• Delivers high‑quality learning experiences that engage participants and foster collaboration.
• Researches AI-enabled solutions to accelerate content development and improve learner experiences.
• Leads complex, multi-workstream initiatives with timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Builds relationships with external vendors to customize content.
• Implements change management and proactive communication for initiatives.
• Defines success measures and analyzes data to tell the impact story.
• Engages in external research to stay current on talent and leadership development trends.
