Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Talent Development to lead the learning, development, and organizational development functions.

You will partner with executives to design scalable programs that align talent initiatives with business strategy and build organizational capacity. You will oversee L&D and OD teams, drive leadership development and succession planning, and deliver measurable outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management and leadership development
• Experience designing and executing executive and leadership development programs
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex initiatives
• Ability to translate talent strategy into business outcomes
• Experience leveraging data to measure impact and drive decisions

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the talent development team and all learning, development, and organizational development initiatives across the organization
• Establish direction for the function to design scalable solutions that strengthen talent outcomes and align with business strategy
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in talent development and employee engagement
• Provide leadership for enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes and drive organizational talent outcomes
• Own the strategy for company top-talent development initiatives and create structured opportunities for high-potential and executive leadership development
• Develop and lead the department's operational plan, including key initiatives and performance metrics
• Oversee the performance of direct reports by setting expectations and providing coaching
• Drive the vision for organizational learning, culture and development conferences in collaboration with Marketing and the TD team
• Conduct enterprise-wide needs analyses and development assessments to identify priorities and capability gaps
• Design, develop, and maintain learning content across instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning modalities
• Prepare, coach, and support facilitators and instructors to ensure high-quality learning experiences
• Assess training content, activities, and feedback data to measure effectiveness
• Evaluate learning events and programs for quality and impact
• Identify and manage external vendors and partners to support learning needs
• Develop standardized tools and processes for scalable learning solutions
