Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Sr. Director of Talent Development to provide strategic leadership for learning, development and organizational development across the enterprise.

You will partner with executive leadership to design scalable programs, establish governance, and drive high-impact talent outcomes aligning with business strategy. Lead a high-performing team and oversee enterprise-wide initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, HR, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent management/leadership development experience.
• Experience designing and executing executive/leadership development programs.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Experience with performance management, talent review, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the talent development team and all learning, development, and organizational development initiatives across the organization.
• Establish direction for the function, in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders, to design scalable solutions that strengthen talent outcomes and align with business strategy.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging trends and best practices in talent development and employee engagement.
• Lead enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes and drive organizational talent outcomes.
• Own the strategy for company top-talent development initiatives and identify future skill needs and development plans for high-potential individuals.
