DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across roles and levels, collaborating with hiring leaders to build strong pipelines. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate experiences, and drive efficient outreach and selection processes.

The role focuses on partnering with Hiring Managers and HR, using sourcing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, and ensuring timely communication and candidate qualification throughout the process.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of recruiting experience in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed for candidate outreach and pipeline development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Set, track, and follow-up on all candidates.
• Focus on efficient, timely follow up of sourced leads for interviews with qualified candidates.
• Determine employment type and candidate expectations and respond accordingly.
• Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify goals and fit.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers within DriveTime.
• Explain the DriveTime interview process clearly to candidates.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and HR/recruiting.
• Conduct business within DriveTime policies and procedures.
• Create and build positive relationships with hiring managers.
