Job summary

Generate Capital is seeking an Associate, Talent to lead full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and referrals, screen and coordinate interviews, and support offers while partnering with Total Rewards and the internship program.

You will also help build talent maps and dashboards to accelerate growth. You will contribute to a high-impact talent function focused on sustainability, with an emphasis on learning, org design, and DEI

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles in fast-growing environments.
• Strong sourcing abilities and talent-mipeline mapping experience.
• Knowledge of markets Gen takes part in and the ability to build talent maps.
• Comfort with data, recruiting metrics, and ATS usage.
• Interest in applying AI to streamline sourcing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles across Generate.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative channels.
• Draft roles, manage interview logistics, and support offers.
• Maintain ATS data and recruiting dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Assist internship program recruitment and experience.
