Job summary

Traffic Management LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruiting function across all locations. The role involves assisting with all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, publishing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, and maintaining a robust pipeline for current and future openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
• At least 2 years recruitment experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Publish job postings internally and externally.
• Source and screen candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain an active pipeline for current and future openings.
• Create and manage requisitions and postings for internal and external candidates.
• Review and screen resumes to ensure minimum qualifications.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using established tools.
• Perform background checks including driver’s license verification and MVR reviews.
• Coordinate interviews (15+ candidates daily) and schedule with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm position requirements and start dates.
• Provide onboarding support and maintain candidate activity records.
• Travel up to 5% for job fairs and recruiting events.
