Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; 8+ years recruitment experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates.
• Knowledge of California labor laws and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, onboarding.
• Utilize platforms such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/CRM systems to build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the applicant tracking system.
• Lead HR project management through all phases of project planning and implementation with focus on hiring.
