Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles. The role supports a Kaizen-driven culture and requires experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Remote work with travel<15% is possible, and you will partner with managers to shape our workforce as we scale. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers while ensuring compliance with EEO and OFCCP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years of corporate, full-cycle recruiting experience within a manufacturing industry OR 10+ years of corporate, full-cycle recruiting experience within a manufacturing industry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Promote continuous improvement in recruiting workflows by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending efficiencies.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for aerospace engineering, quality, production, and support functions.
• Monitor talent market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and define talent profiles.
• Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process; maintain clear and timely communication with all candidates.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with internal policies, EEO, OFCCP, and other employment laws and standards.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles to ensure proactive hiring as we scale.
