Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to support our Kinston, NC facility.

This role sources, screens, and recommends candidates across all levels, developing advanced sourcing strategies and partnerships with managers to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline and positive onboarding experience. The contractor will work with a third-party vendor, maintaining compliance with EEOC, HIPAA and ERISA while executing recruitment plans to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in talent acquisition with sourcing and interviewing.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and ATS usage.
• Proven ability to build applicant pools and partner with managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles in the US.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and network development.
• Screen candidates and present down-select slate to hiring teams.
• Coordinate interviewing and onboarding process.
