G.S. Precision is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across our manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR experience.
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Strong sourcing techniques, interviewing practices, and ATS knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TA team and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Own full lifecycle of candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Contribute to recruiting metrics and process improvements.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS workflows.
• Screen resumes for qualifications and culture fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and managers.
• Assist with offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with professional communication.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
