Job summary

AOI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Omaha to lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles. You will develop creative sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

You will serve as AOI’s brand ambassador, maintain recruiting metrics, and support onboarding while expanding relationships with local schools to nurture talent pipelines and internships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Talent acquisition experience within the construction industry preferred.
• Familiar with ATS and BambooHR or similar HRIS systems.
• Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience enhancing candidate journey and strengthening employer brand initiatives.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proven ability to assess talent for skills, values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across AOI.
• Develop and execute traditional and creative talent acquisition strategies.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador for AOI across internal and external channels.
• Maintain accurate recruiting reports and data.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates via multiple platforms.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Build relationships with local schools and universities to nurture pipelines and internships.
