Job summary

AOI, based in Sugar Land, Texas, is seeking a proactive Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Accounting & Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Product Management, and more. This on-site role supports high-volume searches, partners with hiring managers, and drives efficient hiring in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will manage heavy requisition loads, build trust with candidates and managers, keep records current, and provide pragmatic market guidance on talent strategy

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Spearhead candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen, assess, and provide interview feedback and recommendations.
• Extend offers and support compensation discussions; close offers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and accurate ATS records.
• Monitor talent trends and advise hiring teams on strategy.
