AOI is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, including collaborating with hiring team, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting various HR activities. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be involved in searching and identifying suitable candidates for AOI. Working closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers, this position plays a key role in building a robust candidate pipeline and ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various positions. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of proactive sourcing skills, relationship‑building abilities, and a strong understanding of the talent market. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative experience.

This position is full-time onsite and based in Sugar Land, Texas. This location has a combination of office, warehouse, and cleanroom manufacturing work environments. Expected business hours for this position are 9am to 6pm CT, Monday through Friday.
