Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Construction industry recruiting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across AOI.
• Develop and execute traditional and creative talent acquisition strategies.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs and culture.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador for AOI, representing our values internally and externally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting reports and data.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates through platforms and networks.
• Support the onboarding experience to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Build and sustain relationships with local schools and universities to nurture pipelines and internship programs.
