Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all recruitment phases.
• Drafts job descriptions and hiring criteria with HR.
• Advises managers on market salary ranges and talent pools.
• Posts openings on the ATS and external job boards.
• Manages applicants; screens and conducts initial interviews.
• Schedules interviews and coordinates with interviewers.
• Coaches on selection best practices and interview assessments.
• Guides offers including salary, benefits, and start dates.
• Generates offer letters and handles compliance.
