Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit, screen, and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles at our Radnor, PA site. You will build pipelines, post opportunities, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities include sourcing, conducting interviews, coordinating with the People team, and maintaining applicant tracking system processes while representing RS Americas as an employer of choice.

Responsibilities

• Continuously sourcing and interviewing to build candidate pipelines for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Work via social media to promote RS Americas as an employer of choice.
• Prepare job profiles and advertisements for permanent and temporary roles.
• Develop or update job descriptions with the People Business Partner.
• Establish varied sources of recruiting methods.
• Post job opportunities internally and externally.
• Attend job fairs and college recruiting events.
• Set up interview panels and provide questions to interviewers.
• Maintain recruiting steps in ATS.
• Review hiring processes for equal employment opportunity compliance.
• Assist with annual Affirmative Action reporting.
• Assist with annual EEO reporting requirements.
• Assist with compliance of employment laws and regulations.
• Other HR related duties.
