Job summary
JLL seeks a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead enterprise-wide recruitment initiatives across major accounts in the United States. This role partners with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, optimize high-volume hiring, and align recruitment with business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The position requires a strategic leader with 8+ years in recruiting, 5+ years in senior leadership, and expertise in Workday and modern HR tech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive recruiting leadership experience in high-volume environments.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles with direct reports and P&L responsibility.
- Expertise in workforce planning, stakeholder management, and analytics.
- Experience with ATS platforms, especially Workday.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account leaders to develop and execute talent strategies.
- Lead workforce planning and proactive recruitment for critical roles.
- Provide executive-level reporting on TA performance and market trends.
- Build scalable recruitment processes to handle high-volume placements.
- Mentor recruiting teams across multiple markets.
