Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and managerial roles across North America.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define hiring needs and plans.
• Conduct intake meetings, screenings, interviews, and assessments.
• Facilitate offers, negotiations, and onboarding activities.
• Develop pipelines and provide market insights to stakeholders.
