Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in corporate recruiting, staffing, search, or agency environments.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to recruit across multiple functions, levels, and business groups.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies.

  • Utilize market research and talent mapping techniques to identify talent pools and competitor targets.

About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring across multiple functions and business units throughout North America. This role combines full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, talent market insights, and strong stakeholder partnership to help Envista attract and hire exceptional talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. You will manage searches from intake through offer acceptance while building talent pipelines and identifying creative ways to attract top talent in a competitive market.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys both sourcing and relationship-building, can work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week.

What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and managerial positions across the United States and Canada.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Provide guidance on talent availability, market conditions, compensation expectations, and recruiting best practices.
  • Establish strong working relationships across business functions and operating companies.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use recruiting metrics and data to identify opportunities for improved hiring outcomes.
  • Share market insights and recruiting trends with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Support Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
  • Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for less experienced recruiting team members when appropriate.

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organization needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
