• Strategic partner to hiring managers, not just requisition processing.
• Experience handling 10+ concurrent roles with high touch candidate experience.
• Strong data literacy to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, lifestyle preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and standard productivity tools.
• Self-directed and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a multi-brand organization.
• Curious about AI-enabled tools and technologies for recruitment.
