Qualifications

• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles and leadership searches.
• Develop sourcing pipelines via direct outreach, boards, social, and referrals.
• Plan and execute hiring events to meet volume targets.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to managers.
• Improve recruitment processes to remove bottlenecks and speed time-to-fill.
• Ensure an equitable, inclusive hiring process across all levels.
