Envista is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for its Commercial Implant Opco in California. The role partners with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture.

This position requires onsite presence four days per week in Brea/Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of HR generalist experience, deep knowledge of employment laws, strong coaching skills, and experience with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience; commercial/field support preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA).
Experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Partner with Commercial leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and leadership development.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning to strengthen capability.
Analyze workforce metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
Support headcount discussions, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives.
