Job summary

Thepeoplebrand is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Irvine, CA. This hybrid role requires four days in the office and one remote day, overseeing full life cycle recruiting across a portfolio of consumer brands.

You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping role scope, leveling, and interview processes while delivering a polished candidate experience and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting across cross-functional or specialized roles.
• Strategic partner to hiring managers rather than solely a requisition processor.
• Ability to manage a high-touch requisition load of 10+ concurrent roles.
• Strong command of recruiting and hiring data; translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, lifestyle, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full life cycle recruiting across approximately 15–20 concurrent requisitions.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, shaping scope and interview design.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Leverage market intelligence and recruiting data to drive smarter hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate requisition, candidate, and recruiting activity reporting.
• Build and maintain networks of passive talent and industry relationships.
• Partner on offer strategy, leveling consistency, and internal equity.
• Contribute to employer branding and sourcing strategy as the role evolves.
