ATCO Structures USA Inc. is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Spring, TX.

You will drive the full recruitment cycle—from marketing and sourcing to screening and onboarding—helping leaders forecast talent needs and build strong pipelines. The role emphasizes candidate sourcing, employer branding, and proactive networking, with responsibilities spanning job description design, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience across multiple geographies.
• Experience recruiting a variety of functions including sales, hospitality, office professionals, and leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Advanced knowledge of hiring platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Proficient with applicant tracking, HRIS, MS Office; ADP Workforce Now and Oracle Cloud Recruit are assets.
• Strong negotiating, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with autonomy.
• Creative problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Assist leaders in identifying future workforce requirements and hiring forecasts.
• Develop sourcing and employer branding strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Design, modify, and update job descriptions and postings.
• Build networks to source and proactively pipeline talent.
• Source active and passive candidates using resume databases and social media.
• Administer referral and sourcing programs.
• Coordinate pre-screening and interview processes with candidates and managers.
• Track recruiting KPI’s and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
• Manage candidate stages using an applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and industry trends.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and handle pre-employment processes.
• Oversee onboarding, including background checks and equipment requests.
• Organize sourcing events like career fairs and college programs.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies and negotiate contracts.
