Job summary

ATCO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Spring, TX to drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. You will partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs, source candidates, and manage interviews and offers.

The role requires strong communication, branding, and stakeholder management skills. You will leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, plus HRIS tools, to build pipelines across multiple geographies while ensuring compliance with local

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience across geographies.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job functions (sales, hospitality, office professional, leadership).
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Proficient with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and MS Office; ADP/Oracle Cloud Recruit a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist leaders in identifying workforce requirements and hiring forecasts.
• Develop sourcing and employer branding strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Design, modify, and update job descriptions and postings.
• Source candidates via resume databases, social media, and other platforms.
• Manage referrals and other sourcing programs and coordinate interviews.
• Track recruiting KPIs and measure effectiveness of strategies and tools.
• Oversee pre-employment processes and onboarding, including background checks and equipment requests.
