Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruiting and full-cycle talent acquisition for professional and contract staff.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Taleo experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Affirmative Action requirements strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
• Conducts intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role details and interview process.
• Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications.
• Maintains talent pipelines and passive sourcing methods.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition Team to attract and retain top talent.
