Ansco- is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Alpharetta, GA to coordinate full cycle recruiting and partner with corporate and field teams. You will review applications, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews and gather candidate information to support hiring decisions.

The role includes onboarding coordination and travel for job fairs. You will promote the company brand, maintain candidate experience, and build partnerships with educational institutions and workforce organizations

Qualifications

• Coordinates full cycle recruiting across corporate and field teams.
• Gathers candidate information to support informed hiring decisions.
• Provides interview details and scheduling to hiring managers.
• Manages job postings and onboarding documentation with accuracy.
• Occasional travel to represent the company at events and fairs.
• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates professionalism in all activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full cycle recruiting, review applications, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews.
• Gather information from candidates to support recruiters and hiring managers.
• Provide interview information to hiring managers and assist with postings.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer to orientation and pre-employment steps.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, payroll and hiring managers for a smooth start.
