VOA Minnesota and Wisconsin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting and staffing initiatives across leadership roles. You will partner with leaders, develop tailored hiring strategies, and drive the full lifecycle from posting to placement.

The role may include HR Generalist duties, employee relations support, and development initiatives. A strong emphasis on compliance and diversity is central to the mission and daily work.

Competenze

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Owns the onboarding process, including I-9 verification.
• Facilitates bi-monthly New Employee Orientation.

Mansioni

• Partner with leaders to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies.
• Collaborate with directors and program managers to draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement efficient recruiting practices tailored to VOA needs.
• Conduct background checks through MN DHS, HireRight, Trusted Employees, etc.
• Oversee the interview process, scheduling, and preparation of questions.
