Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support non-bargaining Operations roles. You will partner with hiring leaders, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and develop sourcing and hiring strategies to meet workforce needs.

As a trusted talent advisor, you will lead market insights, promote our employment brand and diversity hiring initiatives, and guide offers through negotiation and pre-employment steps to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years partnering with leaders to identify talent needs.
• Experience with ATS; Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO, and affirmative action guidelines.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics and funnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with leaders to understand needs and workforce planning goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract mid- to senior-level Operations candidates.
• Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels.
• Develop diverse talent pipelines and conduct assessments and interviews.
• Present qualified candidates and advise on offers and negotiations.
• Guide leaders through hiring decisions, market insights, and best practices.
