VOA Minnesota and Wisconsin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with leaders, design effective recruiting strategies, and attract diverse, qualified talent for the organization. The role may also include HR Generalist duties, employee relations support, learning and development, and other HR tasks as time permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Administration or equivalent experience.
• 3 years experience facilitating all phases of the full recruiting lifecycle (i.e. sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, etc.).
• SHRM certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Collaborates with leaders to understand hiring needs and create tailored job postings.
• Owns the onboarding process, including I9 Verification.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Oversee the interview process and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support HR Generalist duties as needed.
