The Talent Acquisition Partner is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across Sabre Industries' diverse business segments. This position serves as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, builds scalable sourcing pipelines, and helps shape the candidate experience and employer brand at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong command of ATS platforms and Boolean search.
• Experience with high-volume or industrial recruiting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and networks to build pipelines for corporate roles.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for critical or recurring positions to reduce time-to-fill.
• Partner with marketing and HR leadership to strengthen Sabre's employer brand and candidate value proposition across channels.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for assigned requisitions across multiple segments, sites and functions.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders and TA leadership.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with federal/state laws and internal policies.
