Fairstead ESC LLC is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional in New York to lead full-cycle recruiting for Community Manager-level and above roles. You will partner with regional leaders, tailor sourcing to multi-market needs, and drive strategic hiring decisions while traveling to onsite job fairs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvements, and close collaboration with HR partners to optimize candidate experience and time-to-fill across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally multi-site or high-volume hiring.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and leveraging recruiting technology.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools.
• Comfort with data: build/read recruiting dashboards and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations for onsite job fairs.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Community Manager-level and above positions, including regional and portfolio-level roles.
• Source and engage high-performing talent; define skills/experience per role.
• Understand market differences across markets and adjust sourcing/pitch accordingly.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners to set hiring strategy, not just fill requisitions.
• Travel to multiple locations to host onsite job fairs.
• Support process improvements and automation in recruiting workflows.
