Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Operation and Strategy in New York, NY. You will design, build, and scale a modern, automated recruiting process for a nationwide property management organization while personally sourcing top talent.

You will partner with regional leaders, define hiring strategies, and drive process improvements across markets. This role offers growth as the recruiting function matures and potentially leads a small team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with high-volume or multi-site experience.
• Proven track record of building or overhauling recruiting processes or tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and related sourcing/scheduling tools.
• Ability to read a recruiting dashboard and make data-driven decisions.
• Good judgment on what to automate vs. humanize for scale.
• Strong stakeholder management with regional/site leaders.
• Understanding of how recruitment needs vary across markets.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for property management roles from site to regional levels.
• Source and close high-performing talent; define what high performance looks like per role/market.
• Understand market differences and adjust sourcing/pitch accordingly.
• Advise hiring managers on strategy, not just fill requisitions.
