Job summary

Fairstead is seeking a recruiting professional to proactively source, screen, and schedule candidates for porter, maintenance, and other site roles across our portfolio.

You'll run high-volume outreach, post and respond to applicants, and partner with hiring managers to prioritize openings. Travel to multiple locations for onsite job fairs is required, with strong ATS discipline and timely candidacy updates.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting-coordination in high-volume settings.
• Ability to manage many open roles and candidates with accuracy.
• Hands-on ATS experience; Greenhouse is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and managers.
• Strong organization and time-management; prioritize on the fly.
• Proactive outreach beyond posting roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for porter, maintenance, and site roles across the portfolio.
• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Write and post job listings and respond to applicants promptly.
• Partner with site and regional hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Travel to multiple locations to host onsite job fairs.
• Own interview scheduling across sites and time zones.
• Maintain ATS updates for pipeline visibility and statuses.
• Assist with background checks and offer logistics with site managers.
• Generate offers, track signatures, and confirm start dates.
