Job summary

Fairstead is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to source, screen, and schedule candidates for porter, maintenance, and other site-level roles across the portfolio. You will own interview scheduling, manage a high volume of requisitions, and keep the ATS current with candidate status and next steps.

Response times matter; you will collaborate with site managers and regional teams, conduct background checks, and support the Talent Acquisition Manager to maintain a strong hiring

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting-coordination experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to manage many open roles and candidates with accuracy.
• Hands-on ATS experience and comfort with sourcing and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for porter, maintenance technician, and site-level roles.
• Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple sites/time zones.
• Maintain ATS accuracy: status, notes, next steps, and reports.
• Coordinate background and reference checks and start-date logistics.
• Support hiring managers and run weekly pipeline and headcount reports.
