Job summary

Syneos Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Consulting and other strategic needs. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and build proactive talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency, RPO, healthcare, life sciences, or professional services recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including clinical, commercial, consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or professional services roles.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and talent mapping capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions including individual contributor, management, and leadership-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and negotiation.
• Drive a positive candidate experience while ensuring timely communication and process transparency.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners regarding hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.
