Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Proven track record in winning complex talent solutions engagements.
• Senior-level network across biotech, pharma or medical device companies.
• Ability to operate as a credible partner to C-suite and HR leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth by designing talent solutions to win new partnerships in biotech, pharma and medical device sectors.
• Build Strategic Relationships as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate by managing the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals and closing deals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor, guiding clients with industry knowledge and collaborating with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Make an Impact by aligning integrated solutions across the Syneos Health organization for client value.
