Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a recruiter to build and maintain a pipeline of pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need.

You will develop and execute recruiting strategies, source through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media, screen and interview candidates, and guide them through hiring manager interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' full cycle recruitment background.
• Strong recruitment experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office tools.
• Behavioral interview techniques (desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for each open position.
• Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews.
• Attend job fairs, open houses, and recruitment events.
