Job summary

Syneos Health—via TSP—seeks a senior, client-facing leader to drive RPO partnerships for life sciences. You will design talent solutions, win complex engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients.

You will lead growth initiatives, manage the full sales process, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements.
• Senior-level network across biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
• Trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: design and execute talent solutions to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
• Build Strategic Relationships: own key accounts and foster executive-level trust.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: guide clients with industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Make an Impact: connect integrated solutions across Syneos Health to deliver value.
