Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Life Science Recruiter to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team in the United States. You will identify, attract, and deliver top-tier talent for Life Sciences programs, accelerating R&D pipelines and commercial launches.

You will partner with hiring leaders and HR to ensure a seamless, high-touch candidate experience and leverage ATS tools to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an RPO, corporate, or in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
At least 2 years of experience recruiting for R&D, Clinical, and/or Commercial roles within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Life Sciences organizations.
Previous agency or third-party recruiting experience is a plus.
Demonstrated success developing and executing talent attraction strategies through multiple channels, including social media, direct sourcing, professional associations, networking events, alumni networks, and specialized career sites.
Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Jobvite, and other ATS platforms preferred.
