Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience recruiting MSLs or field-based Medical Affairs.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical biotech CRO or healthcare environments.
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills.
• Experience using recruiting technologies and ATS.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field Medical Affairs positions including MSLs.
• Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and events.
• Build and maintain pipelines of scientific and medical talent.
• Screen and assess candidates for expertise and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence and talent mapping to leaders.
• Maintain recruiting activity within ATS and ensure compliance.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
