Nexamp is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build long-term talent capabilities by defining roles, sourcing effectively, and partnering with leaders to strengthen workforce planning. This hybrid role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and can be based in Chicago, IL or Boston, MA.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruiting for critical roles, shape role definitions, and design competency-based interview processes while coaching hiring managers to make evidence-based decisions.

Competenze

• 4–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a dynamic or high-growth environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and People/HR to shape hiring strategies.
• Proven ability to use data and market insights to improve role design and sourcing.
• Experience designing structured, competency-based interview processes with scorecards.
• Commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring practices.
