Zusammenfassung

Nexamp is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to build long-term talent capabilities by defining roles, sourcing talent, and filling critical positions. You will partner with senior leaders and the People team to improve workforce planning, and ensure high-quality candidate outcomes.

You will work in a hybrid environment out of our Chicago, IL or Boston, MA offices, reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Qualifikationen

• 4-7 years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR to shape hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to use data and market insights to diagnose issues and drive improvements.
• Experience building structured interview processes and using scorecards.

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact and hard-to-fill roles.
• Define and refine role definitions and job descriptions.
• Develop compelling talent messaging to strengthen Nexamp's employer brand.
• Design and uphold competency-based interview processes with scorecards.
• Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices and inclusive selection.
• Build diverse pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Analyze recruiting data to improve role design and stakeholder behaviors.
