Job summary

Organon is seeking a Talent Attraction Business Partner to join the Talent Attraction Team in a hybrid role, with preferred offices in Plymouth Meeting, PA or Florham Park, NJ. You will partner with business/HR leaders to translate needs into talent acquisition strategies and deliverables, reporting to the Talent Attraction Lead, North America.

You will drive the recruitment process, advise on trade-offs, build strong relationships, analyze recruiting practices, and meet global attraction goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large/global matrix environment (in-house or RPO)
• Strong consultative skills and relationship building across departments
• Proven networker and closer with complex offers

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment process and ensure best-in-class hiring experience
• Balance market, speed and quality while setting SLAs
• Assess talent risks and advise on hiring decisions
• Build relationships with business, HR CoEs and HRBPs
• Use competitive analysis to understand hiring practices
• Meet Global Talent Attraction goals (time-to-fill, cost per hire, pipelines)
• Contribute to Global and local Talent Attraction projects
• Provide updates on applicant activity and recruiting metrics
• Suggest process harmonization and simplification
